A Norwegian government in exile is formed. Russia and the EU negotiate in the wake of a military confrontation at a gas plant.

September

Russia has arrested the Coast Guard soldiers who were behind the action at Melkøya, Anita Rygg has promised that they will be handed over to Norway, but when one of the soldiers is killed, it becomes more problematic.

October

The Coast Guard members are sentenced to one of the most severe punishments available. Meanwhile, terrorism continues and Anita wants to negotiate an amnesty with Free Norway to calm the people.

November

The group holding Jesper is willing to sell him to the Norwegian authorities, but when they find out that the Russians are behind the agreement, they order his execution.

December

Jesper has managed to get to Paris and to Astrid and her partner Jerome, but it doesn't take long for the police to find and arrest him. Jerome then comes to the rescue.

January

The Nordic nations are unhappy and feel insecure about the Russian presence in Norway. Anita struggles to foster a better climate between the countries.

It seems that there may be a majority in the EU in favor of a resolution to force Russia out of Norway, but for the EU to vote for the resolution, the Government of Norway must support it.

The EU interprets the missile downing of a Finnish fighter aircraft as an attack on the EU and votes on a resolution for Russia to exit Norway. They also want Anita to stand down.

March

Berg forms an interim government in the wake of the Russian withdrawal while the EU pressures Norway to resume its energy production.

April

Djupvik learns that the new defense minister may have been behind the assassination of Anita. Border troops resist EU peacekeepers.

Vold enters the electoral campaign, accusing Berg of corrupt profiteering. Sidorova tries to retrieve her partner, Sorokina, from Russia.

Anti-Russian attacks escalate due to a hate campaign that Berg tries to link to Vold, unintentionally increasing his opponent's popularity.

Linked to Anita's death, Berg suffers in the polls and discovers that Bente's former boss has been spreading rumors via internet trolls.
